    HEALTHY VEGETABLE BURGER

    Ingredients:

    300 g potatoes,

    150 g carrots,

    3 red peppers,

    150 g cheese,

    1 egg,

    2 tablespoons chopped parsley,

    1 tablespoon salt,

    pepper,

    Vegeta.

    Preparation:

    • Boil and strain the potatoes and carrots. Add chopped peppers, mashed cheese and egg.
    • Add other spices, whisk briefly with a mixer. If it is too soft, add crumbs.
    • Make burgers, bread, and fry.
