    Selena Gomez sings with Chris Martin and HER at Coldplay concert

    Selena Gomez surprised fans during the Cold play concert by going on stage and singing with Chris Martin And HER. The former Disney Channel star, 31, joined her fellow musicians at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif., on Oct. 1 and performed part of her 2021 Coldplay collaboration, “Let Somebody Go.” Selena’s voice sounded incredible in fan videos from the concert. She wore a black outfit with silver earrings and let her dark brown hair down.

    After the show, Selena posted a mirror selfie to her Instagram Story and wrote, “Thank you @coldplay @hermusicofficial for an amazing night!” Selena also shared clips of her surprise onstage performance with Chris, 46, and HER, 26, on her IG Stories.

    Selena took a break from music for several years, while facing personal struggles, before releasing her comeback song, “Single Soon,” in August. Selena confirmed she’s working on her next album and gave some hints about what fans can expect from her upcoming music.

    “The music that I’m making right now is about real things that I’m going through,” she told Vanity Fair in February 2023. She explained that her new album, the follow-up to 2020’s Rare, is “really powerful , strong”. , very pop. The overall theme is freedom – freedom from relationships, freedom from darkness.

    In a 2022 interview with Rolling Stone, the Only Murders in the Building star hinted that his new album could feature dozens of new tracks. She said she hoped to “complete the 24 songs she’s already written for her next album” and explained what it would be about.

    “It’s just going to be fun stories from my life and my dates and my conversations with myself,” Selena told the outlet. “I feel like it’s going to be an album that’s like, ‘Oh, she’s not in this place anymore; in fact, she is just living her life.
