Anker Unveils Qi2-Equipped MagGo Chargers and Nano USB-C Chargers Ahead of iPhone 15 Launch

Anker's Latest Mobile Power Accessories Include MagGo Magnetic Chargers and Nano USB-C Chargers in Preparation for iPhone 15

Anker, a leading provider of mobile power accessories, has introduced its newest lineup of products, featuring Qi2-equipped MagGo magnetic chargers and Nano USB-C chargers. These cutting-edge accessories are poised to cater to the needs of future iPhone 15 owners, who may transition from their old Lightning-equipped setups to embrace the latest iPhone and AirPods models.

While Apple has yet to officially confirm its plans for Qi2 support, rumors suggest that the forthcoming iPhone 15 series may enable 15W charge speeds without requiring Apple’s MagSafe certification. The Qi2 wireless charging standard incorporates a circular magnet arrangement inspired by Apple’s MagSafe design.

Anker’s previous MagGo offerings were deemed “MagSafe-compatible,” offering a more cost-effective alternative but limiting iPhones to 7.5-watt charging speeds compared to the 15-watt charging capabilities of MagSafe-branded products.

The highlight of Anker’s Qi2-updated MagGo collection is the portable Power Bank, boasting a kickstand and a USB-C port capable of charging other devices at speeds of up to 27W. This iteration features an LCD screen on its side, providing real-time updates on the 10,000mAh battery’s status. It will be available in a diverse range of colors. Additionally, Anker is launching a 6,600mAh Power Bank with a fold-out stand, ideally suited for supporting iOS 17’s StandBy mode.

For users who prefer chargers that accommodate multiple devices simultaneously, Anker offers three MagGo Wireless Charging station designs. These stations are designed to power your iPhone, AirPods, and Apple Watch simultaneously, alongside a simpler 15W pad charger. The charging station options include a tree arrangement, a side-by-side configuration that can fold flat, and a clamshell-style design with the Apple Watch extension.

Anker also introduces the 67W MagGo Magnetic Charging Station, offering an 8-in-1 output setup on the desktop. It delivers up to 15W wireless charging on the magnetic front pad and features three AC ports, two USB-C ports, and two USB-A ports on the back.

Earlier this month, Anker unveiled a range of high-powered chargers and batteries designed for on-the-go individuals. The Qi2 MagGo devices are expected to become available for purchase in late 2023, with pricing details to be revealed later. Meanwhile, the Nano series chargers are readily available for purchase, catering to the needs of mobile users looking for efficient charging solutions.
