    PASTA IN ARUGULA SAUCE FOR LUNCH

    Ingredients:

    300 g rocket,

    6 garlic cloves,

    250 ml of olive oil,

    so,

    pepper,

    50 g grated parmesan,

    400 g pasta of your choice.

    Preparation:
    • Put garlic in cold salted water, when it boils add
      arugula and cook for 2 minutes. Strain and cool under a stream of cold water. Add half the amount of olive oil and chop with a stick mixer.
    • Gradually add the rest of the oil and mix continuously. Season the sauce and add the parmesan.
    • Cook the pasta in the usual way and drain. Add the sauce to it and mix everything well. Garnish with fresh salad leaves or herbs and serve immediately.
