    Make chocolate muffins like the real and indestructible Daenerys Targaryen

    English actress Emilia Clarke better known as the indestructible Daenerys Targaryen from “Game of Thrones” shared her recipe and way of making delicious muffins on Instagram.

    During the “lockdown”, apparently, the actress was not immune to the craze for sweets.

    By the way, this is the recipe of the famous London bakery “Primrose”:

    Ingredients for muffins

    115 g of dark chocolate of good quality, preferably 70% cocoa

    85g unsalted butter, at room temperature

    175g brown sugar

    2 large eggs,

    185g of plain flour

    3/4 tablespoon baking powder

    3/4 tablespoon baking soda

    A pinch of salt

    250 ml of milk, room temperature

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Topping ingredients

    3 egg whites

    3/4 cup sugar

    A pinch of salt

    1/3 cup water

    Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

    Marshmallow

    Making process

    Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Melt the chocolate, taking care not to burn it, then set aside to cool slightly. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Combine butter and sugar with a mixer, then add previously beaten egg yolks to this mixture. Then add the chocolate to the mixture and mix well. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Separately mix both milk and vanilla.

    First, add a mixture of flour and other ingredients to the chocolate mixture, and then a mixture of milk and vanilla. Stir well. Finally, slowly add the whipped egg whites with a spoon, and in this step, you should not mix the mixture.

    Fill muffin baskets to two thirds, then put them in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

    Then make a topping:

    In a pan with boiling water, mix the egg whites, sugar, salt, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved, 2 to 3 minutes. Whisk with a mixer for about three minutes; reduce speed to low, add vanilla extract and continue to mix until combined. Decorate the muffins with this topping and one marshmallow for each cookie.
