A new Google Photos tool is coming, photography lovers will love it

The release of the Google Photos app for Android will get a new editing tool that will add automatic suggestions based on machine learning and several improved tools.

The biggest single change in Google Photos is the new Suggestions tab in the photo editing menu, where it will be possible to find recommendations for the photo you are viewing at the moment, as well as automatically adjust settings such as brightness, contrast, and portrait effects.

Google Photos will also show you what has changed and allow you to make additional changes, writes Verge. For now, suggestions are available for basic procedures such as improving photography, enhancing color intensity, and the like.

But Google is announcing that the offer of these options will be increased over the coming months, starting with new releases of smartphones from the Pixel series.

The new interface – which in addition to brightness and contrast also includes saturation, warmth, blur, and other effects – is also easier to adjust using scrolling.

As of today, the new Google Photos is available for Android. It is not known when the new release for iOS will be available.
