The Association of Banks in Palestine concluded a workshop on “general strategic planning” for the association’s work during the next 10 years from 2021-2031, which lasted for two days.
The workshop was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Banks, Mr. Maher Al-Masry, members of the General Assembly of the Association, and the General Manager, Mr. Bashar Yassin.
The workshop aims to define the long-term strategic direction of the association, and to identify and plan the detailed activities for the next 3 years, 2021-2024, in light of the strategic direction to draw the road map for the association in an effort to develop and enhance its work in various fields..
The workshop also developed a matrix of performance indicators for the association according to the action plan. Determining the institutional development programs necessary to meet the plan and achieve performance indicators.
