    China Holds Show to Celebrate CCP Centenary

    An art performance was held in Beijing on Monday evening to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

    Party and state leaders Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, Li Zhanshu, Wang Yang, Wang Huning, Zhao Leji, Han Zheng, and Wang Qishan joined some 20,000 people for the performance, entitled “The Great Journey. “, at the national stadium.

    At around 7:57 p.m. on Monday, Xi and other Chinese leaders took to the podium, greeting the audience with applause and cheers.

    With fireworks in the sky forming the number 100 above the stadium, the show was able to begin.

    The epic show, divided into four parts, depicts how the Chinese people, under the leadership of the CCP, have carried out the revolution, construction, and reform over the past hundred years.

    He praised the fact that under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the leading core since the 18th CPC National Congress, Chinese-style socialism has entered a new era as China moves forward. on a new journey towards building a modern socialist country.

    After the performance, the audience stood up to sing “Without the Communist Party, there would be no new China.”

    Important foreign friends, diplomatic envoys, and representatives of international organizations in Beijing, as well as foreign experts, were also invited to the event.
