    Ingredients for the soup:

    chicken meat of your choice,

    1 bunch green for soup (carrot, celery, parsley),



    herbal spice.


    1 egg,

    4 tablespoons semolina,

    a pinch of primrose,

    salt to taste.

    1. Put the meat in a pot with water and when it boils add the vegetables, reduce the heat, cover and cook for 2 hours.
    2. Whisk the egg whites, add the egg yolks, combine, add the semolina, salt, and parsley. Leave for half an hour in the refrigerator.
    3. Strain the soup, add minced meat, carrots, salt or spice, pepper and bring to a boil. Then put small dumplings in the boiling soup, which you take out with a spoon, each time dipped in the soup. Reduce to simmer for another 15 minutes.
