    Ingredients for 6 servings: 250 g minced meat, 150 g potatoes, 1 egg, garlic, half an onion, 10 g butter, half a red pepper, half a can of corn, half a hot pepper, pepper, salt, red pepper.

    Decoration: 20 g butter, garlic, 40 g parmesan, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1 tablespoon bread crumbs.


    1. Place the minced meat in a bowl and add the peeled potatoes, previously thinly grated. Add the egg.

    2. Finely chopped garlic, 2-3 cloves, and finely chopped onion add a tablespoon of butter that has previously melted in the pan. Simmer until golden glass.

    3. Cut the red pepper, remove the seeds and add the onion cubes.
    Also, remove the seeds from the hot peppers, chop them and put them in the pan. Squeeze the corn and add to the rest of the vegetables. Simmer for a few more minutes, then allow to cool slightly.

    4. Add the meat, mix well. Put the meat in the molds you have, the best ones are the muffins, smaller in shape.

    5. In another bowl, mix the butter, chopped garlic, parmesan, finely chopped parsley and crumbs. Stir until a slightly firmer mass is formed which you will sprinkle over the meat forms. Bake for about 30 minutes at 220 degrees.

    6. When a crispy crust forms on top, they are done. Serve with a variety of salads.
