    How to properly apply sunscreen and how much should be applied?

    If you use a chemical sunscreen, apply it at least 20 minutes before going outdoors to give it time to absorb

    Cream for sunbathing should not be applied as a highlighter. Although makeup and skincare products have often mixed up in recent years, that doesn’t mean the two are the same. And just because makeup with SPF exists does not mean that SPF should be applied like makeup.

    After applying the sunscreen, make sure to rub it completely into the skin until you can no longer see it. Dermatologists recommend doing this with your fingers, but you can use a sponge or brush. Don’t forget to apply it to the neck, ears, and top of the head.

    In short, choose a sunscreen that has an SPF of 30 or more, apply it to all parts that are not covered by clothing, and rub it in thoroughly until you no longer see it
