What you don’t need to eat before bed

No vegetables are good to eat before bed

Certain foods or some ingredients in food have a bad effect on our body and disrupt the sleep process. It is enough to avoid some foods before going to bed and you will not have problems with sleep. It’s clear why you shouldn’t drink coffee before bed. The caffeine in it wakes up the body, which will certainly not help you fall asleep.

Even consuming alcohol is not recommended before going to bed. Since the body wants to flush out the alcohol you ingest, a glass or two of beer before bed will only push you to the toilet in the middle of the night, maybe more than once. Most juices are full of sugar, which will help you if you want to lift your mood or improve your concentration. But at the same time, it will break your dream.

No vegetables are good to eat before bed. These are vegetables that are difficult to digest, such as kale, broccoli, or cabbage.

And sweets, because of the sugar, do not eat in the evening, if you want to sleep well. The high sugar content will keep you awake safe longer than you planned. This is especially true of chocolate, which stimulates the brain, relieves fatigue, and speeds up metabolism.
