    Reasons why pregnant women should exercise

    Research shows that women who are more physically active during pregnancy drastically reduce the possibility of possible complications in pregnancy.

    – Experts say that a pregnant woman, who has not been diagnosed with any complications and problems, should have at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity most days of the week.
