Kings Man premiere postponed until 2021

The film was due out in September.

Disney has announced that it is postponing the premiere of Kings Man from September 18, 2020, to February 26, 2021. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the decision was made as cinemas in California and New York are still closed due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, although cinemas in the rest of the US have already begun to open.

As the newspaper notes, the decision to postpone the premiere was not completely unexpected, since recently the film has not been actively advertised. However, it may not be pleasant for cinemas as they rely on fresh releases to show to viewers.
