“We have been following China's efforts to develop COVID-19 vaccines, including three successful trial phases that have taken place and some that are still ongoing. These efforts have also been made in cooperation with Arab countries, including Jordan “, he continued.
He expressed gratitude for China's participation in the WHO-led COVAX initiative to ensure equitable global access to vaccines. “It shows the true spirit of solidarity and cooperation of China, without which humanity could not overcome this virus,” he said.

He pointed out that many countries, including Jordan, can learn many lessons from China's experience.
The relationship between Jordan and China is successful in many ways, he said, indicating that the bilateral relationship was enhanced into a strategic partnership in 2015 and that China is the country's second-largest trading partner.
