There is a new conspiracy theory online that suggests Beyoncé is involved in the death of singer Aaliyah. In addition, the artist and her husband are accused of close ties to P. Diddy.
In the wake of rapper P. Diddy’s recent arrest on charges of rape and human trafficking, a ton of information and archived photos from the musician’s parties have surfaced online. Beyoncé and Jay-Z were spotted in many of the photos and videos. The artists had a close friendship with the infamous rapper. In addition, it was thanks to the influence of Diddy and Jay-Z that Beyoncé gained worldwide fame.
Videos of celebrities shouting their thanks to Beyoncé at awards shows have gone viral online. Adele even broke her Grammy statuette in half to dedicate it to Beyoncé in 2017. As the videos have resurfaced on social media, conspiracy theories have abounded: Why are so many celebrities, from Lizzo to Lady Gaga to Britney Spears, showering Beyoncé with endless praise? Why are they paying attention to Beyoncé when it’s their turn to shine at these awards shows?
Many netizens have speculated that these public appearances are linked to Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s close friendship with P. Diddy, who was recently arrested. The wildest conspiracy theorists are convinced that the artist is some kind of leader of a secret club in the music industry.
In addition, TikTok users believe that Jay-Z, P. Diddy, and Beyoncé are to blame for the deaths of several artists at once. In their opinion, this “influential” trio was involved in the deaths of Aaliyah, Michael Jackson, and Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez from TLC. The reason for such discussions was the song “She Knows” by J. Cole, in the chorus of which the rapper mentions three deceased artists. After this, the musician repeats the phrase “She Knows” several times, which translates as “She knows”. TikTok users immediately assumed that he was talking about Beyoncé, and the lyrics refer to her maiden name – Knowles. Adding fuel to the fire is the fact that J. Cole openly expressed hostility towards P. Diddy and his company.
Social media users believe that Beyoncé also didn’t want Aaliyah to “have more fame than her,” which is why she hired people to stage her rival’s tragic death. There is no evidence of this, and judging by archived videos, the singers got along well with each other.
