Apple will reportedly introduce the iPhone 13 series in the fall of this year, and although there are still a few months left until its release, there are already several rumors about the new model.
The approximate release date of the new product should be September 24 or the fourth Friday of that month when Apple typically launches its new iPhone series and displays other products.
Upcoming Apple smartphones will have improved battery life thanks to their more efficient 5G modem. Both Pro models have the same LTPO screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and some improvements to the camera system, TechTimes reports.
Face ID and Touch ID return
Speaking of camera enhancements, it is also said that the iPhone 13 mini and standard iPhone 13 will have a LiDAR sensor and a new portrait video mode.
In terms of design, there are rumors that one of the iPhone 13 models will have a completely flawless design, which means that in addition to the headphone port, the Lightning port will be completely removed.
Apple could also return a fingerprint sensor on the screen along with Face ID. To do so, the company reportedly uses a new optical fingerprint sensor.
If that’s true, this would be the first time that Apple will release an iPhone that has Touch ID and Face ID, and is also reportedly working to improve the Face ID sensor.
Four versions of iPhone 13
Based on the rumors circulating, there will be four versions of the iPhone 13 based on sizes: starting with the iPhone 13 mini which is only 5.4 inches, the standard 6.1 inches iPhone 13 model, the second 6.1-inch device for the iPhone 13 Pro, and the largest model, the 6.7-inch iPhone Pro Max.
The price range should be the same as for the iPhone 12, which means that the variants will be available at a price of 699, 799, 999, and 1099 dollars.
